Perfect for Father’s Day or any day you want an easy dinner showing off a wonderful steak, this meal stars Pat La Frieda’s five-minute marinated skirt steak (it marinates for five minute but takes a little longer to cook). On the side are quickly blanched green beans in a tarragon dressing, and smashed fingerling potatoes with red wine vinegar and chives—a cross between mashed potatoes and a warm potato salad. End with a chocolate Dutch baby with raspberries and whipped cream, a dessert that’s just as spectacular as it is easy.
