If you’re doing St. Patrick’s Day at home this year, this menu makes it hands-off and no-fuss for a weeknight. For starters is a cool, crisp salad with just about every shade of green. The steak and Guinness pie is made in the slow cooker, so it can braise away unattended all day (or if you have a little less time, in 4-5 hours). And for a quick, easy dessert, try this riff on an Irish coffee–an Irish coffee slushie if you will (just be sure to freeze the oatmilk and coffee in advance).

Menu Timeline
