Menu Timeline
30 minutes before breakfast:
- Make the strawberry sauce. Allow to cool.
20 minutes before breakfast:
- Begin heating a large nonstick griddle or skillet over medium-low heat.
- Make the pancake batter.
10 minutes before breakfast:
- Cook the pancakes. Keep them warm in a 200°F oven as you finish cooking the remaining ones.
- Cook the bacon.
- Start the chai, let it steep.
Just before serving:
- Gently reheat the strawberry sauce until just warm.
- Strain the chai and add the milk and sugar.
- Plate the bacon and pancakes and dust with optional confectioner’s sugar.
