Christopher Nolan’s WWII drama Dunkirk tells the story of the evacuation of French, Belgian, and British troops who were cut off and surrounded by Germans in northern France. Our menu likewise emphasizes cooperation and overlap of French, Belgian, and British cuisine. It centers around steamed mussels, crunchy fish fillets, and French fries–call it Fish & Chips OR Moules Frites. They’re paired with a bittersweet salad of Belgian endive, crisp apples, and Roquefort cheese. Finish with a “cake” of delicate crêpes layered with vanilla cream.
