It’s France meets New York on this special edition of Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking with two of the world’s most celebrated chefs. Culinary legend Jean-Georges Vongerichten creates a fantastic French feast with Chef Daniel Rose of Le Coucou in New York. We make an unexpected stop along the way, in Chinatown, to pick up some ingredients for this Francophilian feast. An amuse-bouche of Toasted Egg Yolk with Caviar and Chives sets the stage for Bouillabaisse, a traditional Provençal seafood stew.

    There was nothing more exciting than you were finally spending time with Jean-Georges. What was disappointing was that he was presented in a way that seemed diminished as opposed to Daniel Rose, in fact his statements seemed even cut off by Daniel Rose or edited off by Moveable Feast at the end. I don't know Daniel Rose, nor would ever be as interested in him as Jean-Georges given the choice...so maybe you could have Jean-Georges back and allow him to be more the center point of the episode. Also, no offense Pete, but really?...your choice of tee shirt (if you must wear a tee shirt) on this occasion is pink with a pig on it??? Even the guests noticed.

    Why does it take so long to post a recipe of an already aired episode of moveable feast? Episode 607 still is not posted only the video.
