This breakfast or snack-time smoothie is a great way to use the calcium-rich whey that’s left over after you strain regular yogurt to make Greek yogurt.
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Add more whey or milk if the smoothie is too thick. If you don’t have frozen bananas, add 1 cup ice cubes to the blender before the other ingredients.
