Add the vanilla and butter and gently whisk until the butter is completely melted and incorporated. Press a piece of plastic wrap onto the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Absolutely wonderful. Easy to make and tasty. I have to be gluten free so is killed the crumble but even without it was a great treat for me. I will be making this often!!
Best pudding recipe! I've tried many recipes and this one is the best in texture and flavor. I didn't have banana flavoring, so i pureed 2 small ripe bananas in the food processor and added it to the mixture after tempering the eggs. Really tasty.
