BelGioioso Sharp Provolone Spread

Servings: 6 to 8


  • 5 oz. BelGioioso Sharp  Provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbs. butter, cut into pieces
  • 2 oz. warm water
  • Salt to taste (optional)


  • Place the shredded cheese and  butter into a food processor. Process  on low speed and slowly add water until desired consistency. Add salt to taste. Refrigerate until firm; serve at room temperature. Refrigerate up to one week.
  • Serve as an antipasto with  crackers, bread and fresh  vegetables, or as a spread for sandwiches.
