Made in an Instant Pot or other multicooker, these piled-high, slaw-topped pork sandwiches hit the spot during a busy day. The pork is also great served on its own as a stew.

Made the dish as instructed except using a dutch oven for most of the browning steps since I found the Instant Pot to be too small. The dish turned out really well and it was nice to have leftovers for lunch the next day.
