Super easy to make cookies! I changed the vanilla extract to orange extract because I was looking for a little more orange/canolli flavor. And used mini chocolate chips. Came out awesome!
Great recipe, very easy. Baked in about 12 minutes in electric oven.Delicate orange flavor balances well with dark chocolate chips (I used ghiradelli bittersweet).Double recipe made 53 tablespoon sized cookies.
These cookies are PERFECT!! Everything about them was just delicious. I had many people comment how they were not overwhelmingly sweet and how they could just keep eating them. Going in my box of Favs!
