Perfect for everyday, fast and easy to make! It's a very versatile salad...I add things like shaved manchego or blue cheese crumbles to mix it up because we make this so often.
Light, fresh and delicious. The dressing is marvelous and easy to make. This was a huge hit and people who normally don't eat radishes loved this salad. Served it as a first course before the Coq au Vin. Lovely together for a very special meal.
