Nice little appetizer. We actually had it for dinner instead, just eating several tostadas instead of one. Easy to prep ahead in the day and then cook the shrimp right before dinner. Slaw flavors are really nice with the shrimp. I cooked the shrimp in a grill pan and opted to toast the tortillas in the oven between two cookie sheets. Will make again.
