The mustard in this sauce is just the ticket to help tame the barbecue smoke and cut the fat. When blended, brush this sauce onto smoked poultry and pork, or lean beef and lamb. If left unblended, serve at the table. It’s perfect for topping grilled sausages served in crusty rolls.
This sauce can be blended for a smoother consistency.
