Yield: Yields 24 pockets
These easy hors d’oeuvres are a great way to get the party started. The sun-dried tomatoes inject a tart counterpoint to the earthy mushroom filling and flaky puff-pastry wrapper.
Added: large garlic clove minced, more cheese, more sun-dried tomato, crushed pepper flake (instead of Tobasco), lemon zest and parsley. It tasted bland without these additions. Really terrific... Our friends loved them. Will make more and try freezing them. Great to have on hand.
Made these a day ahead and kept in freezer. My friends loved them. Delicious.
