Tasty. I wonder what the vodka did for the flavor, but it came out surprisingly tasty, with so few ingredients. I'm not sure its a five star recipe in an absolute sense, but the taste makes it five stars in terms of simplicity and price. I tenderized a chicken breast, blackened it and threw it in. Tasty, will make again. Added cream at very near to the end.
