how can you not add any salt? really? it needs at least one full teaspoon if not a scant tablespoon, and 3 eggs is quite a bit, it's going to be very firm , like fine homemade fresh Italian pasta.
The best pierogies are not quite that firm in my opinion .
Needs salt in the dough-- was very bland.
