In a medium bowl, coarsely mash together the avocado, jalapeno and 1/4 tsp. salt. Fold in the bacon and raisins.
Spread the mixture on the toast, dividing evenly among the slices, and top with the sliced tomatoes, a few grinds of pepper and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Top with the microgreens, if using, and serve.
