Raspberry-Pineapple Agua Fresca

Servings: 4

This fruity sweet-tart combo is a perfect refresher on a summer day.


  • 2 cups fresh pineapple; more for garnish
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries; more for garnish
  • 3 Tbs. agave syrup
  • 4 fresh mint sprigs; more  for garnish
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 oz. vodka


  • Combine the pineapple, raspberries, agave syrup, mint, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth, then strain and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Divide the vodka among four highball glasses, and then top with the juice mixture. Garnish with pineapple wedges, raspberries, and mint leaves.
