Red Wine-Dijon Vinaigrette

Yield: Yields 1/2 cup.



  • 2 Tbs. red-wine vinegar
    1-1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
    Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper


  • Combine the vinegar with the mustard and garlic in a small bowl and whisk in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
