Simple and flavorful. Never knew rhubarb alone could be so yummy. Use farm fresh rhubarb stalks for the best taste. To answer the user Dannei's question, I have the book. This recipe misses an entire step. You roll the dough out to a 12-inch circle and you slide it out into a 10-inch pie dish. Hope this helps.
The recipe indicates that you are to form the dough into a disk. What should the size of the disk be? Please.
