My family loved this recipe! I followed the recipe pretty closely and it was easy and turned out wonderfully. The chicken was moist and tender and the vegetables had great flavor. The vegetables were a tad greasy so I may omit the olive oil next time. I believe the quality of the chicken will affect the greasiness, as some of the past reviews said it was way too greasy. I will definitely make this again!
I followed the recipe as is and it came out perfect and absolutely delicious, everyone raved about it! Definitely 5 star!
This made a wonderful main entree for Christmas Dinner.
Did it exactly as described with one exception:used 100 g double-smoked bacon; the results exceeded my already-high expectations.
