The short ribs are even better if made one day ahead. Prepare the braise through the step of reducing the sauce, then return the short ribs to the sauce and refrigerate, tightly covered, for up to five days, or freeze for up to three months. To serve, warm the meat with the sauce and stir in the garnishes.

My favorite short ribs recipe. Amazing flavor. My go-to recipe when I have a dinner party in the winter.
My husband has made this several times and each time it is better than the last. This is a very easy recipe to prepare, as I have also prepared it and while it tastes wonderful the day it is prepared, it is extraordinary the next day. A great treat for a dinner party.
