This recipe was totally worth the effort! Several phases, but not at all onerous and it was devoured! Will make again.
Why? Why would anyone go to the trouble of preparing this dish? Time consuming and low on flavor. So many other great ways to take advantage of delicious butternut squash. Usually love recipes in Fine Cooking. Not this one.
