Sizzling spiced steak and peppers paired with gooey cheese is a win-win combination.
One of my family's favorite dinners. There is excitement in the air when they know I'm cooking this. Don't forget to put cheese on both the top and the bottom of the steak and veggies. I put a bacon press on top of the quesadillas while they cook which helps them to hold together. If you don't have a bacon press, a small cast iron pan will work.
I found it very ordinary. Did not hold together well, and who forgot to add some cilantro to this recipe?
