Made this dish as shown, and found it delicious. Served with some rice so as not to waste any of the sauce. It's also an attractive dish and would serve it to company.

Delicious, lighter way to enjoy red curry. Drizzling the sauce over the steak (rather than submerging it as takeout does) provides lots of flavor with less calories. Carrot salad was a very nice addition and is versatile. It was wonderful on sandwiches the next day.
A wonderful, quick dinner - I grilled the steak and made the sauce with no drippings and no water - carrots were wonderful!
