This salad is gorgeous when you make it with the four colors of tomato, but it’s still excellent if you only use one or two colors.
Local heirloom tomatoes + this recipe = Fabulous!I placed the tomatoes on top of a handful of mixed greens. Leftover gorgonzola mixture will be used to slather on fresh grilled corn. Summertime YUM
