So glad I found this recipe! It was delicious and easy to prepare. I did add spinach with the arugula and also a thinly sliced nectarine. The flavors were so good & the dressing made it!
After having this in my recipe folder for several years, I made it this summer and it was outstanding. I have made it a half dozen times since and am never disappointed in it
