Servings: 4
This refreshing main course salad offers contrasts of all kinds—warm and cold, sweet and savory, herbal and spicy—but it’s the addition of cracked whole coriander seeds that really makes it sing.
beautiful recipe! I too could not put the suggested amount of coriander seeds in the dish. I used around 1/4 t it gave a wonderful flavor and complemented the mint flavor. The grocery store was out of frisee so I had to use a more leafy lettuce. The frisee would have held up better. Will definitely make again.
This makes a delicious main dish salad. I didn't use all of the coriander, which was a bit too much, in my opinion, but the flavors were wonderful. My husband cleaned his plate!
