A huge hit. I have made other FC taco recipes but have never seen my girls eat so many in one sitting, including the one who had just returned from Mexico raving about the authentic cuisine. I made the recipe using green peppers because my fam is not much into heat. Didn't feel it to be a compromise at all. Well done, FC!
