Super easy and delicious! I looked at this recipe a few times before I tried it and I am glad I did. It just seemed to easy to be as good as it is! I will be making this one again!
Fantastic dish with perfectly balanced flavors. The ease of this recipe belies the sophisticated taste and pitch-perfect flavor. Very easy to make and the fried capers are a nice twist, adding a tasty flourish. A family favorite, even for my non-chicken-eating husband.
I thought this dish pretty good. I felt a little let down, but I think that's because I was looking for a specific flavor profile more similar to the piccata that I've had at Oceanaire. So, not the fault of the recipe, just not exactly what I was looking for.
Easy, healthy, full of flavor and inexpensive - it's been a keeper for a while. Great recipe!
