Salty fish sauce and tangy lime juice are balanced by toasty sesame oil in an irresistible dressing that coats lightly wilted spinach and ground pork. Serve over rice or rice noodles for a standout dinner.
Very good, quick, and easy, but a little on the salty side. I would omit the 1/2 tsp of kosher salt on the meat, as the 2 TBS fish sauce makes the sauce quite salty.
We really enjoyed this combination of ingredients. I think of it as a dinner for my husband and I--not fancy or for company. It's quick, so it's a good weeknight recipe.
I love Fine Cooking but this was the worst I have ever made and I make alot of fine cooking recipes. I had great hopes for this because it looked quick and easy. My husband who eats everything I put in front of him said this was missing something. His suggestions were tofu and bok choi. We doubled the sauce per the other review and made this per the recipe adding sauce if we wanted but it was just not good. Oh well not everything works.
Delicious and very easy. Doubled the sauce ingredients as my husband likes lots of sauce. Served with rice noodles. So good.
